- A Council member must be a member in good standing with CTN, Inc. with current paid dues. (Article VI, Section 1)
- Not all are current now
- Pro-rating membership dues
- By laws state: “Dues will be prorated for new members after April 1. Dues will be considered late after April 1 for existing members requiring the full payment” - (Article IV, Section 2)
